Who We Are

Most of our work comes from Houston homeowners who called once and kept the number. That is the whole business model, and it shapes how we treat a first visit.

You call or book online, and we give you a two-hour arrival window on the day you pick. We call when we're on the way. Before anyone opens a tool bag, a tech walks the house with you, pulls a register cover, looks at the supply trunk and the return, and tells you what the job involves and what it will cost. That number comes from the system in front of us: how many supply runs you have, whether there's one return or three, how the attic is laid out and how far we have to drag hose, and whether the blower compartment and evaporator coil need hands-on work or just a look. A single-system ranch with eight runs is a different job than a two-story with separate up and down air handlers. You hear the number, you decide, and it doesn't move after that unless we find something and ask you first.

Gulf humidity, long AC runtimes, year-round pollen (oak, pine, ragweed, grasses) plus refinery and freeway particulates push heavy moisture and dust loads through systems; attic-mounted equipment in 130F+ summer attics sweats, and short mild winters mean the blower almost never rests. Most of our calls here sound the same: dust settling on furniture a day after cleaning, a musty smell when the AC kicks on, allergy symptoms that get worse indoors, or a remodel that dumped drywall dust into every return. We bring a truck-mounted vacuum, put the house under negative pressure through a connection at the main trunk, then seal every register with film so the airflow pulls in one direction. Rotary brushes and compressed-air whips go down each run to knock debris loose off the duct wall instead of just pulling at the surface. We clean both supply and return sides, the plenums, and the blower compartment. Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, American Standard: flex duct, sheet metal, ducted board, attic or closet units.

Sometimes we get up there, open things up, and the ducts are fine. We say so and we don't charge you for a cleaning you don't need. More often the real problem is something else: a filter that's been in place since spring, which is a filter replacement and nothing more; disconnected or leaking flex in the attic pulling in insulation and hot air, which is duct sealing work; or a loaded evaporator coil that's killing airflow and holding moisture, which calls for coil cleaning. We'll show you photos of whatever we find so you're not taking our word for it. If cleaning the ducts won't fix what's bothering you, we'd rather tell you now than have you call us back in a month.

Our service area

We cover Houston and the surrounding towns. If you're in one of these areas and have a air duct cleaning problem, call us. We usually get out the same day.

When we tell you cleaning won't fix it

Will cleaning the ducts actually solve the problem? Sometimes no. We look at the duct itself before we quote the cleaning. Houston attics run brutally hot in summer, often 130F+, and flex duct up there ages from the inside out. Inner liner tears. Insulation sags off the boot. If the gray outer jacket is brittle and crackles under a hand, brushing it will shred it further. We say so on the spot and skip the sale.

A few signs push us toward replacement: a torn or disconnected inner liner, crushed runs pinched between trusses, or mold growing on fiberglass liner instead of sheet metal. Porous fiber doesn't clean up the way metal does. Metal trunk lines, by contrast, almost always clean up fine. Age alone isn't a reason.

We also check what's feeding the system. Long AC runtimes, Gulf humidity, and year-round oak, pine, ragweed and grass pollen mean a leaking return pulls dusty attic air straight into your house. Clean ducts refill fast if that leak stays open. Sealing the return panel often matters more than the cleaning did.

Ask us to photograph the inside of a supply run. Look at the liner yourself. That picture decides more jobs than any sales pitch.
